Step 1 — Book Your Run through our simple online booking system. Choose your zone, select your number of dogs, and you’re on the calendar. You’ll get a confirmation and a reminder text before we arrive.

Step 2 — We Come to You! Our climate-controlled van pulls up right to your home. Your certified Canine Coach handles everything from start to finish — you don’t even need to step outside.

Step 3 — Your Dog Actually Runs! Your pup gets a real workout on our non-motorized slatmill at their own pace. No motors, no stress — just natural movement that burns real energy. Most dogs take right to it on the first session. You’ll notice the difference in their energy level the same day.

After meeting his wife during our first initial session I was blown away from how friendly and caring she was towards my furr-baby as well as addressing my concerns. My Belgian loooooved it, our pug is a bit on the lazier side but did great regardless. They were both a bit nervous at first, but they got the hang of it so quickly. Daphne is a 3 yr old Golden Retriever who can be quite stubborn and easily anxious around new experiences. Upon entering the van, the trainer took his time and patiently introduced her to the equipment. Once on the treadmill, she quickly found her footing and began her run. Soon we will be booking our next session. I feel this is a great opportunity for your pet who may not be able to get the proper amount of exercise they may need.

Austin guided us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and my dog was off and running within minutes. Still needs more practice, but for a first run it was awesome. Austin even drove out to us outside of his normal service area for a small additional fee, which we really appreciated. Super patient, professional, and clearly great with dogs. FAQs

We are available for calls seven days a week from 8:00am-6:00pm. We schedule run sessions everyday between 8:00am-6:00pm. Sessions can be booked on our website under ‘Book Run’ or by giving us a call at 386-368-8500. Our service areas cover Volusia and Central Florida. Travel outside of the following areas (Volusia & Seminole Counties, N of HWY 50 in Orange County, and Palm Coast) will be charged a $0.60 per mile round trip travel fee.

Each session is a personalized 30-minute run tailored to meet your dog’s specific needs.

For optimal results, scheduling a run once a week at a consistent time is recommended. Observe your dog’s response to regular exercise and adjust bookings accordingly.

Anticipate a safe and positive experience! Our sessions focus on tailoring the workout to your dog’s requirements. With no motorized equipment, your dog controls the pace, and we ensure their safety above all else. Positive reinforcement is key, so supplying your dog’s favorite treats and toys is encouraged -though we have plenty of choices.

Most dogs grasp the basics within about 5 minutes, gaining confidence in balancing and walking on the equipment. Full supervision by our canine coaches ensures safety and positive reinforcement, with dogs progressing at their own pace. Please keep in mind it can take multiple sessions for your dog to learn and be confident.

Each dog is unique; some may reach full speed quickly, while others may require a few sessions to build confidence. Regardless, even at a slow walk, your dog engages their mind, core, and leg muscles, resulting in a satisfying workout.

While we recommend your presence during the first (Intro) session for a smooth introduction, you’re welcome to leave your dog with us once they’re accustomed to the van, treadmill, and our team. You are always welcome to stay in the van with our coaches during any and all sessions as well- limited to 2 adults.

Please make sure your dog goes outside at least 30-minutes prior to our arrival before they begin their run session. Also, please DO NOT feed your dog two hours prior to their session. We understand accidents may happen during their run but we want to make sure we avoid them if possible. If an accident does happen in the van or on the slatmills there is a $15 potty fee that is assessed.

Between each dogs run session we clean both the Slatmills and the harnesses with Rescue Disinfectant. Rescue Disinfectant has a 1 minute contact time that protects against Virucidal, Bactericidal, Fungicidal, and Tuberculocidal diseases. Prior clearance from your veterinarian is recommended, and dogs must be at least 5 months old with up-to-date vaccinations. We cater to dogs weighing anywhere from 4 to 160 lbs, accommodating various needs/disabilities. Female dogs who are pregnant or in heat are not recommended to run.
