Run Session Policies
One-Time Sessions
· Cancel 24+ hours ahead → full refund
· Cancel less than 24 hours → $25 fee, remainder refunded
· No-call, no-show → full session charge, no refund
· $15 fee if your pup uses the bathroom in the van (effective Feb 1, 2026)
· Need to reschedule? Just give us a call — we’re happy to help!
Packages
· Package purchases are non-refundable
· Individual runs within your package can be rescheduled at no additional cost
